Meet the team
Stafeca was founded by a mother‑and‑daughter team. Tatiana brings 35+ years of hands‑on hotel expertise, while Uliana adds international experience in digital and marketing. Together, they have launched online conferences, professional courses, and industry events — all with a specific focus on the housekeeping community.

The Journey Behind Stafeca
Tatiana began her career as a room attendant in the United States in the early 1990s and progressed to Managing Director of Rooms Division Services across several international hotel groups, including Marriott, Hilton, Kempinski, IHG, and Wyndham.
She was later invited back as a trainer for these brands, as well as other global companies such as Holiday Inn, Accor, Bulgari, and independent hospitality businesses.
