Refund Policy

1. Scope of Services
Stafeca provides:
  • Online training courses
  • Digital educational materials and resources
  • Subscription-based access to content or community features
  • Online and, in the future, offline events and workshops
Some products provide immediate access, while others may start on a specified future date, as indicated at the time of purchase.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Under EU consumer protection law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU:
  • By purchasing and gaining access to digital content, you expressly agree that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted.
  • For digital content and online courses, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access has been granted, even if the 14-day withdrawal period has not expired.
  • If access to the course or service is scheduled to begin at a later date, the right of withdrawal remains valid until access to the content is provided.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
  • Access to the course or digital product has not yet been granted
  • The product has not been accessed or used
  • A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved
  • A refund is required under applicable law
The burden of proof that the content has not been accessed may be required.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
  • Access to the course or content has been granted
  • Any part of the content has been viewed, downloaded, or used
  • Partial use of the content does not qualify for a refund
  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You fail to attend or complete the course
  • You are dissatisfied with subjective aspects (e.g. format, style, expectations)
5. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid period
6. Events
For online or offline events:
  • Registration may be required
  • Event-specific cancellation and refund terms may apply
  • We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events if necessary
7. Exceptional Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances.
